1.  WHAT AM I DOING TO MYSELF?  In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. We naturally only see others.  But the person who can also see themselves feels better.  This switch unlocks our brain, moving it from pain to feeling better.

2. I DON’T KNOW WHY I’M SAYING THANK YOU FOR THIS, BUT THANK YOU – NOW PUT IT TO MY ADVANTAGE TURNS OFF THE PAIN.  Great things come from painful problems.  When we turn off the pain and turn on our personal power, a better future opens up. 

3.  WHY WORRY PROBABLY WON’T HAPPEN ANYWAY.  Fully 95% of the things we worry about never happen.  Just saying this a couple of times breaks the worry circuit.  Worry stops, and we feel better right away.    

4.  LIVE AND LET LIVE.  We are all made to fear people not like us.  This is an inborn human defense that is painful.  But with so many people who are different today, the pain can hinder our success.  Stopping the pain frees us to see how they can help us.
