1.  WHAT AM I DOING TO MYSELF?  Our ancient brain naturally only sees others.  But the person who can also see themselves always feels better.  This switch unlocks our old brain, moving it from pain to feeling better.

2. I DON’T KNOW WHY I’M SAYING THANK YOU FOR THIS, BUT THANK YOU – NOW PUT IT TO MY ADVANTAGE TURNS OFF THE PAIN.  Great things come from problems.  When we turn off the pain and turn on our personal power, our better future opens up. 

3.  WHY WORRY PROBABLY WON’T HAPPEN ANYWAY.  Fully 95% of the things we worry about never happen.  Just saying this a couple of times breaks the worry circuit.  Worry stops, and we feel better right away.    

4.  LIVE AND LET LIVE.  We are all made to fear people not like us.  This is an inborn human defense.  But with so many people who are different today, this hinders our success.  Stopping this natural fear frees us to see how they can help us get what we desire.
