WORKS WHEN YOU DO IT

You now have the 4 tools to take charge of your day. So, what is the secret to happiness? You have to answer two questions. Where am I going and who is going with me?

1. Every life has one specific SECRET big life wish.  Not a want, but a wish.  This is why you were born.  When you think about it, it makes your heart glow.  This is your mission in life.  Everything you do is either going toward it or away from it.  You are in control of that.

2. To get your ideal companion, you must create a picture of them by writing down 100 specific things about this person.  All kinds of personal things, habits, hobbies, interests, family history, likes, dislikes, physical things, everything about them.  This is all about you telling your brain what to look for.  The results are amazing.

3. Happy power marriages have a common dream written down and agreed to by both. Each has veto power.

4.  You can give your powerful brain new directions by making up a 15-minute handwritten story.  A made-up story about you getting what you desire.  Write the same story for 4 days in a row. Write a different 15-minute story for each thing you desire.  Do one desire at a time.

How I got my X dollars story – How I now weigh X story – How I found the love of my life story – How I got my perfect health story.  These made-up written stories tell your brain exactly what to get.

Each story has 3 parts: what it was like (your troubles), what happened (some event), and what it is like today (how wonderful it is now).

Our brain runs on stories, and handwriting them (not printing) is a backdoor into its operating system.  Expressive Writing.

OUR BODY

There are five “BLUE ZONES” in the world where people live easily into their nineties and beyond with little or no disease.  One of them is Loma Linda, California, USA. Look them up and do what they do. 

Take a brisk hour walk every day.  It is great for your body and your brain.  You literally can walk off problems.

OUR MIND

 Autoimmune diseases are the major cause of disease and death.  There is a hidden way our brain can reset our immune system and stop it from hurting us.  It works even if you do not believe it will.

1. To fix bad memories, WRITE EACH DOWN IN DETAIL, what happened and what you honestly felt about it.  Then finish each one with:  Now I know or now I understand (make up a great ending).  Our brains will change that memory, and we get better automatically.  

2. Once a day, write this one sentence that helps to get your immune system back to normal.  Nothing here requires escape or defense.
