Getting & Giving Forgiveness

Our subconscious does not know the difference between something we write and a real experience.  This means that we can write two different types of  letters to people or institutions, living or dead, that unplug the bad memories.  One for things that have been done to us and one for things we have done to others.  We never mail these letters; we destroy them.

Resentments:  Write, by hand, explaining exactly what happened, how it affected you, and how you have felt about them.  Then finish by telling them you have had a lot of bad feelings about them.  Do not itemize.  Finish by asking them to forgive you for those bad thoughts. Freedom

Guilt:  Write, by hand, what happened and then ask their forgiveness for what you did to them. Freedom
