STRESS MAKE US DUMB

Our ancient brain is not designed for our modern age. When we experience worry stress and problem trauma our brain stops positive thinking and shifts to primitive animal run or fight thinking.  It stops thinking and makes us dumb.

This is why under stress we get into trouble.  Our positive clear thinking has been taken away.  Without clear thinking we destroy our self mentally and physically.

To keep our good thinking and good health we have to use 4 natural brain switches that turn off our stress and worry and turn back on our clear positive thinking.  We do this whenever we start feeling bad, sad or mad.

With a daily reminder to use our switches we turn off a bad life and turn on a good one.  We get smart.  When we remind our big brain to do this every day it will take care of us making us smart.
